Newspapers are a little like the Scooby Doo gang - we help unmask a whole lot of villains. And many of them would've gotten away with it, too - if it weren't for those meddling kids.
This is partly a rebuttal to Vanity Fair columnist and media gadfly Michael Wolff, who told an audience last week that newspapers don't do much watchdog reporting anymore, really. Let's just see about that, huh?
